Vianney Pastoral Centre (VPC) functions under the guidance of the Bishop. The Director and the Coordinator of the Commissions along with Commission Secretaries plan out unified pastoral programmes and activities and execute them at the diocesan, vicariate, zonal and parish levels. The faithful of the diocese get ample opportunities to know and learn the Catholic doctrines and teachings through these programmes, seminars and activities. The pastors of the parishes render cooperation to the secretaries of the commissions to actualize their plans in their respective parishes.
